Shipping Terms
Physical goods are delivered to the following countries: Germany, member states of the European Union (EU), and Switzerland.
Digital products are delivered worldwide by email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for physical goods are charged as a flat fee per order:
· Germany: EUR 4.90 (insured shipping including tracking). Orders over EUR 90.00 qualify for free shipping within Germany.
· Europe (EU member states): EUR 11.90 (insured shipping including tracking).
· Switzerland: EUR 12.90 (insured shipping with tracking included).
Digital products: No shipping costs apply to digital products.
Important note for deliveries to Switzerland: Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional costs in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, fees charged by banks for transferring money (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g. customs duties). For more information, please visit ec.europa.eu and, specifically for Switzerland, xtares.admin.ch.
Delivery Times
Unless a different period is specified in the respective offer, goods are delivered within the following timeframes:
· Deliveries within Germany: 4–7 business days
· Deliveries within Europe (EU & Switzerland): 7–10 business days
· Digital products (gift cards for download): Delivery takes place within 24 hours of payment authorization
by email.
Information on calculating the delivery date: For payments via PayPal or Klarna, the delivery period begins on the business day following the customer’s payment instruction. The period ends at the end of the last day. If the final day falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday officially recognised at the place of delivery, the next business day takes its place. No physical deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
Combined shipments:If you order several items with different delivery times, we will ship them together unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. If your order includes both physical goods and digital products, the delivery times stated above apply to the physical goods; the digital product will be sent in advance by email.
