Shipping conditions
Physical goods are delivered to the following countries: Germany, member states of the European Union (EU) and Switzerland.
Digital products are delivered worldwide via email.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs for physical goods are calculated as a flat rate per order:
Germany: €4.90 (insured shipping including tracking). Free shipping within Germany for orders over €90.00.
Digital products: There are no shipping costs for the provision of digital products.
Important note for deliveries to Switzerland: For deliveries to non-EU countries, additional costs may apply in individual cases, which are beyond our control and must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties and taxes (e.g., customs duties). Further information can be found, for example, at ec.europa.eu and specifically for Switzerland at xtares.admin.ch.
Delivery times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery of the goods will take place within the following timeframes:

Information on calculating the delivery date: For payments via PayPal or Klarna, the delivery period begins on the working day following the customer's payment instruction. The period ends on the last day of the stated period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a public holiday recognized in the delivery location, the next working day will apply. No physical deliveries will be made on Sundays or public holidays.
Combined Shipments: If you order multiple items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time that you ordered. If the order consists of physical goods and digital products, the delivery times mentioned above apply to the physical goods; the digital product will be made available in advance via email.
